FRENCH ONION TWICE BAKED POTATOES

Ingredients:

  • Beef Bouillon Paste
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Potatoes
  • TX1015 Sweet Onions
  • Cheese
  • Créme Fraiche
  • Thyme

Instructions

  1. Caramelize your onions in 2 tbsp of butter, then add in 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp of beff bouillon paste.
  2. Scoop out the inside of a baked potato and add in the onions, 1/2 cup of creme fraiche, 6 ounces of gruyere cheese, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mixture back into the potato skins, top with more French onion mixture and more cheese.
