FRENCH ONION TWICE BAKED POTATOES
Ingredients:
- Beef Bouillon Paste
- Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Potatoes
- TX1015 Sweet Onions
- Cheese
- Créme Fraiche
- Thyme
Instructions
- Caramelize your onions in 2 tbsp of butter, then add in 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp of beff bouillon paste.
- Scoop out the inside of a baked potato and add in the onions, 1/2 cup of creme fraiche, 6 ounces of gruyere cheese, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mixture back into the potato skins, top with more French onion mixture and more cheese.
