Greek Cucumber and Onion Salad

Ingredients
- 2-3 cucumbers, sliced (about 3 cups)
- ½ onion, sliced very thin
- ⅓ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayo, dill, oregano, pepper, and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add cucumber and onion. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Add feta cheese. Serve chilled.
The salad can be made in advance and stored in the fridge till ready to serve. Top with additional feta if desired.
