Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients
For Dressing:
- ½ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
For Salad:
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup thinly sliced onions
- 1 tbsp sliced green onions
- ⅔ cup chopped english cucumber
Instructions
For Dressing:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor. Pulse till combined and smooth. For in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
To Assemble:
In a large bowl, toss together all salad ingredients. Add desired amount of dressing and toss to coat. Serve.
