- Caramelize your onions in 2 tbsp of butter, then add in 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp of beef bouillon paste.
- Scoop out the inside of a baked potato and add in the onions, 1/2 cup of creme fraiche, 6 ounces of greyere cheese, fresh thyme, salt and pepper.
- Add the mixture back into the potato skins, top with more French onion mixture and more cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
