French Onion Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 TX1015 Sweet Onions
  • 1 tsp Beef Bouillon Paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 ounces Greyere Cheese
  • ½ cup Creme Faiche
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Caramelize your onions in 2 tbsp of butter, then add in 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp of beef bouillon paste.
  2. Scoop out the inside of a baked potato and add in the onions, 1/2 cup of creme fraiche, 6 ounces of greyere cheese, fresh thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the mixture back into the potato skins, top with more French onion mixture and more cheese.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
