Pineapple Poblano Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 cups, fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 poblano pepper, stem and seeds remove, finely diced
  • 1 TX1015 Sweet Onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. In a serving bowl, combine pineapple, poblano pepper, onion, and jalapeno.
  2. Add the lime juice and salt.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Place in fridge until ready to serve. Stir in cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
