PROMOTION PERIOD
The Great Texas Sweet Onion Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on May 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on July 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT. The Grand Prize drawing will take place on or around July 18, 2026.
HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter by completing an interactive quiz hosted through the official Woobox campaign platform and associated landing pages.
Limit one (1) participation entry per person per challenge experience unless otherwise stated. Participants may accumulate up to four (4) total Grand Prize entries during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Texas International Produce Association , its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and partners are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION
Monthly prize winners will be selected in random drawings conducted at the conclusion of May, June, and July 2026 from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around July 18, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners may be notified via email, phone, or the contact information provided during registration.
PRIZES
Grand Prize:
- One (1) Texas-themed lifestyle and grilling prize package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $600.
Monthly Prize Winners:
- Month 1: Three (3) winners receiving prizes valued at approximately $250 each
- Month 2: Three (3) winners receiving prizes valued at approximately $225 each
- Month 3: Three (3) winners receiving prizes valued at approximately $200 each
Prizes may include curated Texas-themed gift cards featuring restaurants, grocery brands, apparel, and lifestyle experiences.
The committee reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
DATA COLLECTION + MARKETING
Participants may be asked to provide registration information including name and email address. By entering, participants may opt in to receive future marketing communications from the TX1015 Onion Industry. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to use of winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for press and social media purposes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.
We are not responsible for incomplete, interrupted, or unavailable network connections, technical malfunctions, failed transmissions, or any other technical issues that may affect participation in the Sweepstakes. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Woobox.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
